Over the past 12 weeks I have been posting many short ‘nuggets’ on leadership, while I have a number of these to go I am now planning the next series – Training or Learning and Development.

So here is your opportunity to contribute – what would you like to see added? what do you want mini-blog entries on? I expect that many topics will be developed into full entries, but these mini blog pieces have proved very popular.

Just add your thoughts to the comments on this post (or twitter with RT of the post and #content)  and as I start researching over the coming weeks this will become my agenda.

Spammers getting blocked at RapidBI

Hi all,

While I love to make the content I write available I am getting a little ‘narked’ by people attempting to use the comments field for irrelevant advertising of their sites.

so here is the deal:

1. You can have ONE link in a post you make
2. If I get 2 or more posts that are irrelevant I will bloc your IP from the entire site & post the IP address to spam centres
3. If this keeps happening I will turn off the comments function – a shame as I was hoping to create meaningful dialogue over time

The other option to reduce the spams is to introduce a “capture” tool or require an open ID – what are your thoughts?
